The dismissal of many industrial activities has recently led to the transformation of their areas into lofts, thus opening a new trend. Housing is therefore developing into new spaces, in a more modern way of thinking and living, particularly if this is connected to an activity, as it’s the case for designers, photographs, artists. New aesthetics develops as well from this change. Instead of the traditional style of houses, we have here a minimalist design, according to the industrial character of the areas involved. | |||||
