Perspective of the project
  An industrial two story building has been completely emptied and changed into a new building, which will have in fact 6 floors: a new underground level, the ground floor with a mezzanine, the first floor with two mezzanines. In the building there will be 23 lofts with various sizes and many interesting spaces, lighted by a glazed curtain wall facade. This will be entirely new and will have a simple and rigorous design, remembering, although with a new elegance, the original industrial character of the building.
