    SMALL PAPERS 1992

Mazzucconi is accustomed to paint during his travels, not from life, seeing that he only looks at the inner truth, and not oil on canvas, for obvious practical reasons. This is how many acrylics on paper originated. The recurring theme to sing inside of him during this period is the dawn – aurora; to tell the truth, the theme inspires all his work, but now it becomes more intense and frequent.

When the inner search takes you near the light, it appears and it is sole and true reality; at first like a premonition, and then more and more like a radiant day.

The attention to the inner world melts with the perception that my girl friend is closed in her and is questioning herself about our relationship.
