  The Soul and the Woman
1990.11
140 x 142, acrylic on paper mounted on canvas
The work goes on, expressing the astonishment of Man in front of the Creation and his attempt to mime the powerful gesture with which the Creator gives life to the Soul….the Soul which resembles so much to Woman, the Woman which resembles so much to the Soul…

  THE SALE OF THE STUDY
Something very sad happened to me.
My garden has been swept away, an
event has come like a bolt from the
blue: a shattered comet. The Angel
came to my rescue as I reeled in pain.
But in this ‘Painting of Life’ we see that Man’s suffering is part of a work of art, a living picture which the great Artist has painted, and now lovingly contemplates.
