    BREAKING THE IMAGE DOWN

Mazzucconi had already experimented with the idea of breaking up an everyimage only to recompose it in a different stake way, many years before, in his architecture
Avenue Matignon in Paris, where an old house was transin something infringing and, what is more, aimed at a new composing intent.

It is no puzzle that must be solved: at a certain point, all the Soul is at. If the decomposition of the image strengthens the impact, then the orienta tion is that which will lead to the discovery of a new order: the inner nucleus, the spiritual centre, the point in which all energy is concentrated, the ultimate and profound meaning of a work…all will become manifest.

In these paintings portraying love scenes (the Mysteries) all is dislocated until Eros personally imposes himself as the centre and protagonist of the action.
In truth it is god to act through us, who loves inside us, who procreates through us: this is the response of the Oracle.
